Second Move designs and implements software and hardware for all kinds of applications. Somtimes the clients specifications are crystal clear and there's no discussion on the requirements. In those occasions we offer our projects for a fixed price, as was the case with the monitoring system we implemented on behalf of Peter Langhout Reizen.
In most cases however, we assist our clients in writing the requirements specifications. This process is iterative by nature and cycles a number of times through the phases concultation, design and implementation. For Asint B.V. this was the preferred approach for the development of their multimedia distribution system. In a total of eightteen manmonths we developed a state of the art system giving them a lead over their competition
